Monitoring -
Earlier today, Unbounce experienced an issue where link click conversions were not being captured as expected between 9:02 AM and 2:19 PM PST.
Our team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix. Conversion tracking for link clicks is now functioning normally, and we are actively monitoring to ensure continued stability.
Conversions that occurred during the impacted window may not have been recorded. We are currently investigating whether these conversions can be recovered retroactively and will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience. Subscribe to this status page to receive notifications on updates as they are made available.

Identified -
Due to an issue with a 3rd party provider, we are seeing some leads mistakenly marked as spam when a form is filled out on a non-secured (http) landing page.
No data is lost and once our 3rd party provider has resolved the issue on their end, we will be able to recover any leads erroneously marked as spam and we will reach out to affected customers on an individual basis.
Thank you for your patience. We'll update here once this issue has been resolved.
