This incident is now resolved. All Popups and Sticky Bars should be working as expected. The cache has been cleared and no further action is needed.

A fix has been implemented. If your Popup or Sticky Bar isn't appearing still, try unpublishing and republishing them in the meantime. This should help purge the cache and allow the Popup or Sticky Bar to appear successfully.

Unbounce Popups and Sticky Bars are currently experiencing an outage. They won't appear when triggered. If your campaigns are reliant on them, we recommend pausing them until the issue is resolved.
