Leads and integrations performance has returned to normal levels. Leads via email and other 3rd party integrations should now deliver as expected. We will continue to monitor this issue to confirm this is the case going forward.

Investigating

We are currently investigating reports of degraded leads and integrations performance in-app. You may experience a longer than normal wait time in receiving leads via email and other 3rd party integrations. Rest assured no lead data will be lost. We are actively working on this resolving this issue and will update this space when more information is available.
