Amazon has acknowledged the incident and are investigating.
Other affected system: Page view stats are delayed. Leads Exports and and Page Import/Export are non-functional.

We're currently investigating an issue with Amazon SQS and SNS which is affecting several systems. Certain features are currently non-functional including domain management, and page publishing. Form submissions may also be delayed.
