Update

Performance seems to be returning to normal and the backlog of form submissions and visits is quickly getting caught up. We're waiting on Amazon to update their status to green before we close the incident.

The problem is still ongoing. Amazon is working on rolling out a fix but no ETA is being given.

Due to an upstream issue with Amazon AWS, you may experience delays in updates of visitor stats, and form submissions. The problem has been identified and is currently being worked on by Amazon. We will try our best to keep you informed as thing progress.
