Monitoring
Connectivity with our hosting provider has recovered and going forward the Convertables interface and publishing should now be working as expected. If you are not seeing the most recently published version of your Convertable, please publish again to fix immediately. Alternatively, this issue will resolve itself completely in 2 hours. Investigating
We are currently investigating a connectivity issue with our hosting provider which may be causing the Convertables interface to fail to load, publishing Convertables to fail, or previously published versions of Convertables to remain live even after a successful republish. Please rest assured that live Convertables should not be affected and that leads will continue to collect as expected. We will update this space when more information is available.
