Unbounce will be making some changes to our infrastructure in order to ensure our internal to services are compliant with the GDPR ahead of the May 25th deadline.
On Tuesday May 1, 2018, there will be a short period of time 3PM-5PM PDT / 10PM-12PM UTC, where:
- External Lead delivery to 3rd party integrations will be delayed
- Configuring a Webhook integration will be unavailable within the Unbounce app
- Write access calls to our API will temporarily unavailable
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and aim to have the necessary maintenance work done as quickly as possible.
This will not impact any live Pages, Popups or Sticky Bars - these will remain live throughout this operation. Leads collected during that period of time will be delivered as usual once the service is active again.
