This incident has been resolved. Password resets are now working as per normal.

Investigating

Password resets via https://app.unbounce.com/forgot are not currently working in Google Chrome. Users of other browsers will see an SSL security warning when attempting to confirm the password reset, but can safely continue to complete the task.
